January 2019 SSB 2.45%

January 2019 will be the first SSB that I purchase to be part of my portfolio . My target will be holding $3000 of SSB in my CDP account.

Although, January 2019 average interest is 2.45% but guess I have to start somewhere first.

In 2018, the highest interest is 2.63% followed by 2.57%. Below show the interest payable every year till the end of 10 years.

This bond will be reflected as "SBJAN19 GX19010T" in your CDP statement and "CDP-SBJAN19" in your bank statement.
